Checklist before installation

1. Check that your router can do PoE+ 20W this to amplify the the camera with power. If you dont have it buy an extended unit at Amazon TP-Link click the link to purchase it https://amzn.eu/d/0SVOt2G

Step 1: BEFORE ARRIVAL OF THE GAMETRAQ UNIT

➡️ Cable Layout Preparation

1. Pull a CAT6/network cable from the server room (switch location) to the short side of the court where you want to have the AI camera

2. Leave 2–3 extra meters of cable for flexibility.

Step 2: UPON ARRIVAL OF THE GAMETRAQ UNIT

➡️ Initial Setup

1. Check if your Router allows PoE+ 20W if it does test to connect the AI camera and check connectivity at https://install.gamecam.se/check.php if your status is ONLINE you are all good.
   
   

2. Assemble the Bird-View unit as the drawing displayed at the end of this guide. 

3. Attach the camera to the camera plate on the Bird-view mount. 

4. Mount the Bird-View unit onto the court with plastic strips (ensure secure attachment).

5. Connect the CAT6 cable to the camera.

6. Plug in the USB microphone to the camera.

7. Clip the microphone to the grid construction.
   

   
   

Step 3: CAMERA SETUP

1. Find the 3-digit camera ID on the left side of the unit.

➡️ Connectivity Check

1. Visit the following link to verify your camera's connection status: https://install.gamecam.se/check.php

   • If the camera status shows OFFLINE: Contact Engineer Support via WhatsApp for assistance.

   • If the camera status shows ONLINE: Proceed to the live stream to view the camera feed here: https://install.gamecam.se/live.php
     
     

➡️ Adjustments

• Set Camera Focus and Angle Go to the live feed here: https://install.gamecam.se/live.php

  • Gently turn the camera optic 1/4 turn clockwise or counter-clockwise.

  • Wait 20 seconds to account for video delay.

  • Continue adjusting until the far side of the court appears sharp and clear in the feed.
    

Step 4: CUSTOMER INFORMATION SUBMISSION
