Preset training drills

  1. Warm-up:
    Practice forehand and backhand groundstrokes with varied lengths. 

  2. Volley Mix:
    Work on forehand and backhand volleys with varied heights and strengths.

  3. Overhead:
    Train bandeja, Vibora, or Bajada shots. 

  4. Volley & Overhead:
    Alternate between a lob and a volley to simulate gameplay. 

  5. Game Mode:
    Receive two volleys followed by a lob, with the goal of maintaining control of the net. 

  6. Freestyle:
    Customize your training session to focus on specific skills, such as glass shots or serve returns.
